We stand behind our product — and we want you to feel confident placing your first order. This policy sits alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Returns window (unopened products only)

We accept returns of unopened, unused, sealed products within 30 days of the delivery date.

For the purposes of this policy, “delivery date” means the date your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Your statutory right to cancel (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the items within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

How to return

  1. Please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Return items in their original packaging, using a tracked service, and keep proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the outer packaging and contents.

  • For faults or incorrect items, we will advise next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Where the item is confirmed faulty/incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs (or provide an alternative resolution).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.

Cancellations before dispatch

If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to follow the returns process above.
